The Ex-Co of the PSP meets once every month / once in two months to give direction to the sub-committees (the exact frequency yet to be determined – depending on the need. In 2005, we met on a monthly basis).

Meeting date will be based on the presence of at least one of the chairs of the Ex-Co.

PSP General Meeting inviting all the parents will be held two to three times a year.
