• To encourage parents to support and be involved in school activities.
• To act as channel for parents to voice opinions / provide feedback to the school.
• To provide a channel for explaining school decisions and policies.
• To foster better rapport and support among parents.
• To foster better parent-child relationships.
• To promote the general well-being of the students.

The meeting will be attended by the Ex-Co members and the sub-committees chair or a representative if the chair is not able to make it.

The meeting is also attended by the Principal, Vice-Principal and the teacher liaison.

Sub-Committee to prepare a written statement in advance for circulation to the Ex-Co to speed up the meeting and for record purposes.
 

The sub-committees will meet up in between Ex-Co meeting. Each of the sub-committees will report to the Ex-Co and obtain its approval for its activities.
